General Terms and Conditions of Business

1. Introduction

These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between NOETA L.L.C-FZ, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and its customers ("you," "your") regarding the use of our training services, courses, and digital platforms. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

NOETA L.L.C-FZ provides Online professional training and educational services in:

  • Video Game Design

  • Animation & Visual Effects

  • Architectural Visualization

  • Unreal Engine & AI Training

  • Custom Workshops & Consulting

These services may be offered in online courses, live webinars, or pre-recorded digital formats, or on-site for corporate companies. Additional services, such as certification programs and enterprise training, may be introduced.

3. Registration & Enrollment

  • Course enrollment requires registration through our official website or authorized communication channels.

  • By enrolling, you confirm that the provided information is accurate, and you agree to comply with the course policies.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any registration if we detect fraudulent activity or failure to meet eligibility criteria.

4. Fees & Payment Terms

  • Course fees are stated in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) & USD (United State Dollars) and must be paid before course access is granted.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Online Payment Gateways (as specified on our website).

  • All payments are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

  • VAT & Taxes: Prices may be subject to UAE Value Added Tax (VAT) as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

5. Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted via email at least 15 days before the course start date.

  • Refund eligibility:

    • 100% Refund if canceled 15 days before the start date.

    • 50% Refund if canceled 7 days before the start date.

    • No Refund if canceled after the course has started.

5.2 Company Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • NOETA L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or force majeure).

  • In such cases, students will be offered:

    • A full refund OR

    • The option to enroll in a future session at no extra charge

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

6. Use of Training Materials & Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, including videos, documents, presentations, and software, are protected under UAE Copyright Law and remain the intellectual property of NOETA L.L.C-FZ

  • You may not copy, distribute, resell, or publicly share any course content without our written permission.

  • Any unauthorized use of our materials may lead to legal action.

7. Student Code of Conduct

To maintain a professional and engaging learning environment, all participants must:

  • Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and professionalism.

  • Not engage in any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

  • Follow all course guidelines and instructor instructions.

  • Not share login credentials or allow unauthorized access to courses.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination from the course without a refund.

8. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

  • NOETA L.L.C-FZ provides educational services only and does not guarantee specific employment outcomes.

  • While we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for technical errors, disruptions, or third-party platform failures.

  • Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total course fee paid by the student.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your personal data is handled in compliance with UAE Data Protection Laws.

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required for legal compliance or payment processing.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

  • Any disputes or claims arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.

  • NOETA L.L.C-FZ reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
